pineapple, diced

fresh tomatoes, diced

red onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup
red peppers or sweet banana peppers, diced
- 2 tsp.
garlic powder
- ⅛ cup
parsley, chopped
- ⅛ cup
cilantro, chopped
- 1
dash of Himalayan salt
- ⅛ tsp.
garlic powder
- 2 tsp.
ground ginger
- 1 inch
piece fresh ginger root, grated
- 1
jalapeño, seeds removed and finely chopped (optional)
Directions
Add all ingredients to a medium bowl and mix well. For extra tropical flair, use the hollowed-out pineapple to serve salsa.
