Loaded Salsa

minutesThis easy to make loaded salsa is both healthy and filling with chickpeas, black beans, corn, black olives, edamame, tomatoes, and more making up this delicious dip!
Ingredients
- 1 can
diced tomatoes and green chiles (Rotel)
- 1 can
black beans, drained
- 1 can
chickpeas, drained
- ½ cup
black olives, sliced
- 1 cup
frozen corn, thawed
- ½ cup
shelled edamame
- 4
green onions, sliced
- ¼ cup
extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbsp.
apple cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp.
cumin
- 1 Tbsp.
chili powder
- 1 tsp.
garlic powder
- 1 tsp.
onion powder
- 1 tsp.
dried oregano
- ¼ tsp.
crushed red pepper flakes
- ½ Tbsp.
kosher salt
- ½ tsp.
black pepper
Directions
Combine all ingredients and add additional salt and pepper to taste.
Refrigerate until ready to serve or serve immediately with Fritos or Tostitos Scoops. Enjoy!
