    Ingredients

    • 1

      Montreal-style bagel, sliced and toasted

    • 2 oz.

      honey jalapeño cream cheese

    • 3.5 oz.

      turkey, thinly sliced

    • 1 Tbsp.

      seeded honey

    • 1

      tomato slice

    • ¼ cup

      alfalfa sprouts

    • For the seeded honey: (yields 7 cups)
    • 1 cup

      sesame seeds

    • 1 cup

      chia seeds

    • 1 cup

      hemp seeds

    • 1 cup

      poppy seeds

    • cups

      pepitas

    • 4 cups

      local honey (Harrison Bay Honey Farm)

    Directions

    • For the seeded honey:
    • Mix all seeds together and place in a large sauté pan. 

    • On medium heat, toast the seeds until you hear popping and can smell the seeds being toasted. Continue to flip the seeds, constantly moving them around until toasted. 

    • Combine the seeds with honey. 

    • To assemble the sandwich:
    • Top each bagel half with honey jalapeño cream cheese. 

    • On one bagel half, add turkey slices and top with seeded honey. 

    • Add tomato and alfalfa sprouts. 

    • Place the other bagel half on top. Slice and serve.
