    Ingredients

    • ½

      pineapple, diced

    • 2

      fresh tomatoes, diced

    • ½

      red onion, finely chopped

    • 1 cup

      red peppers or sweet banana peppers, diced

    • 2 tsp.

      garlic powder

    • cup

      parsley, chopped

    • cup

      cilantro, chopped

    • 1

      dash of Himalayan salt

    • tsp.

      garlic powder

    • 2 tsp.

      ground ginger

    • 1 inch

      piece fresh ginger root, grated

    • 1

      jalapeño, seeds removed and finely chopped (optional)

    Directions

    • Add all ingredients to a medium bowl and mix well. For extra tropical flair, use the hollowed-out pineapple to serve salsa.
