Meet Our Model – Fall 2016
We love to ride bikes down the Riverwalk or take our mountain bikes to Enterprise South. The view down the Riverwalk never gets old, and it's perfect for the whole family.
I make a faux-pasta dish with spaghetti squash, spinach, chicken sausage, and goat cheese. It's super easy, quick, and healthy!
Routine is key for me, and I'm sure it is for most people. Make a plan and follow through! Dedication is so important. People must remember that nothing happens overnight, so give it time and stick with it!
Definitely being active daily, eating healthy, and getting plenty of sleep are all crucial for me. I am an early to bed, early to rise kind of person. I like to get up early before everyone else and drink my coffee, sit quietly, and read emails before the busy day starts.
I have a home gym that I use every day where I usually do weight training and mix in a little cardio. I also like to do a Pure Barre class a day or two a week if I can fit it into our schedules, and occasionally a yoga class as well.
